    I have pushed and pushed them, threatened to pull out, they will not budge on this issue.

    Can you pull out at this stage without incurring financial problems? Are you using their solicitors?

    Yes I am using their 'suggested' solicitors and they are useless. We will incur a high financial loss if we pull out.
