I think mine is now working but it's taken nearly 2 weeks, so if you think it's not working initially then I would urge you to persevere for a couple of weeks.
Haven't really been outside much so don't know what that is going to be like.0 -
I can smell something wrong here!!!!!!!!!!!I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0

So, any updates on the effectiveness of this product then?
I have had hay fever since I was 14 and found nothing that actually cures it - sure some medications "might" make my eyes less itchy but it's not of great significance to call it a success.
Some of the claims on here have been enjoyed by myself without any medication or nasal probing
I now keep the bedroom curtains closed all day long (and night) but leave the windows open slightly - assuming any pollen will get snagged in the curtains (might be kidding myself but they are heavy curtains).
I avoid all situations with grass and flowers wherever possible.
I no longer drive my car with the windows down and use the AC if it is too hot.
I've also been taking a sauna after my usual workout routine which seems to help the nasal passages.
My nose has not been blocked up even once this year so far!
My nose is normally blocked from May to October in temperate climes so this is quite a big deal :T0 -
.... my DH and mum bought the allergy reliever and neither of them has noticed any improvement this year after using it and both of them are back on the usual drugs
Would be interested to hear how others have fared since buying after seeing the thread.0 -
I bought both ioniser and nose thingy a few weeks ago for my daughter, was willing to try anything as the last couple of summers have been unbearable for her. Well I am happy to report that from the first time she used the nasal prongs she has had far less itchy eyes, her nose is clear and she is sleeping through the night (her itchy eyes and throat would start around 4am). So thanks to the op - I am so glad I found this thread :T0

Hi all,
I am very sad to say that I have persevered, with this thing up my nose at least 3 times a day, for 6 weeks now and it hasn't made any noticeable difference. I've also been on the local honey for a few months and that doesn't seem to have helped much either. Ah well, back to the Cetirizine Dihydrocholride anti-histamines and the Ricola original herb lozenges for the annoying itch at the back of the throat, which the anti-histamines don't seem to help with. If the first Ricola lozenge doesn't sort it out the second one normally nails it. Although you can get lemon, cherry and sugar fee varieties, the original, sugar based, ones seem to be the most effective for me. You get them in Tesco, beside the Lockets and Mentholyptus, for approx 60p a packet. I really can't recommend them highly enough, if you get the itch from hell. They are also excellent for sore throats.
Best of luck to you all.No reliance should be placed on the above.0 -
I cant thank you enough.
Another satisfied customer. I bought both the products yesterday. I have been off all medication and actually slept without any nasal sprays last night. Today I have realised that people do go about without having the discomfort of a blocked nose throughout the day. I have been having problems for years and did not fully realise it.
I am going to buy one for my son and send it to him overseas. He can not wait to try it out.
So I am joining the Rudolph group and enjoying summer once again.0 -

I bought both back in May. I didn't perservere with the reliever but have used the ioniser all the time. My major problem was waking up completely blocked up, with puffy itchy eyes. With the ioniser in the bedroom that is much better - in fact I definitely notice if I forget to switch it on. I'm taking far fewer antihistamines and decongestants this year. I've even bought a second ioniser for the living room. I feel much better about leaving them on since I was told it uses less power than an energy saving light bulb as well!0
