It is 8 weeks for a full and final response on this.. lets see what Central say then first.
Hi there
The letter doesn't mention debt buster. I have scoured our paperwork and its all directly with FP. i do remember talking to an FP advisor on the phone, in fact i was in the car and had to pull over to answer my moby. I can clearly remember her saying that the ppi would be fully reimbursed after 5 years in cash!! I also remember her saying that debt buster had referred us to them. I never had any more dealings with Debt Buster after talking to FP!!0 -

Did Debt Busters actually discuss the loan and PPI at all??
How do Barclays First Plus get away with all this - its beyond me. I think they must be the worst company to ever have dealing with. :mad:0 -

Hubby's just got in from work, and unearthed another folder seems we did deal with debt buster then got a letter from central capital signed by the same advosr. reading all the paper work it looks as though we agreed to everything, we were desparate at the time!! i still remeber the conversation with the advisor at the time saying the premium will be a full cash back as i remeber thinking well it would be nice to gets some money back at a later date!
I feel a right idiot now , i think the confusion arose as both hubby and i were getting separate phonecalls and not alawys able to communicate there and then due to jobs!!
can i still claim?0
