Now LLoyds are bound to have received the letter what the FOS said they sent them last week by now......:o wonder what their thinking lol........:D
(this on Credit Card ppi complaint).
It does make me wonder if they will send me off to pack my bag to bank elsewhere, so in case this happens...... , now what bank ???:D .
Looking back in the SAR from LLoyds there is a write up which states, that Mrs XXXXX requests a SAR, then came across lots more, then came across, Mrs XXXXX states she was mis sold and have sent her one of "our standard basic template response"........!!!
Just goes to show, we all have these then.
Hi Di
Have PPI and excess charges on LLOYDS CC, Business overdraft PPI and 3 loans with PPI:D and they are still letting us bank with them:rotfl:
Mind you am waiting for them to stop the £12000.00 Business overdraft:eek::mad:0 -

Thanks Di
Have set up another business account in case and have also changed my house and contents insurance. Saved about 40% by changing did them both separately on Supermarket .com or one of those anyway.:D Trouble is our bank manager we have now is adorable and has never tried to sell us any insurance so would be so sorry to have to move but so be it.:rotfl::mad:0 -
On another note does anybody know anything about these companies that try to make credit card agreements unenforceable. I know there has been bad press and had an e mail (SPAM) the other day saying how they could help me. Has anyone else had similar. I blocked them but they charge about 300 to get it checked I wonder if they need to be regulated by anybody or can they just try to reclaim. Sounds dodgy to me.:mad:0

Latest on my saga with GE and FLA.
Di, I emailed back with the info you gave about GE being fined again and the fact that I wasn't happy with them being in direct violation to their own t&c's ie despite me sending a doctors letter to show I have a condition that isn't covered, they have refused to accept it.
Here is the response that I got back - not happy and have asked for a complaints procedure.
The fine by the FSA was not in fact for mis-selling insurances policies. I believe the fine related conduct in respect of first mortgages. Also the original GE fine does not relate to the sale of your policy as the sale occurred before the FSA took responsibility for regulating PPI sales.
I am happy to approach GE again but will require some new information on which to base my approach. You will recall that to date every approach to GE has been refused. There is nothing to suggest that it would change its stance at this point. I do appreciate that this response does not meet your desired resolution but mis-selling has yet to be proven. If it is possible to do so, I will of course raise the issue with GE.0 -
Are they expecting us to believe that GE did not mis-sell any other policies other than the ones they got fined for ie in different years before and after plus it was for one type only (loans/mortgages/cards etc).0

So sorry you are having problems with them. Gets a bit confusing you think one way that you are right and they seem to keep changing the goal posts. Am sure somebody on here will be able to help you. Good luck to you:eek::mad:0 -
