I agree that Barclays are not the easiest of them, I used to be with them, and soon moved, but still I agree, if they were fined then maybe this would stop.

All these firms that mis sell should all be named and shamed, or we should be warned of these companies and so.

I know after they have been fined they are named but for mis selling and not fined it should still be disclosed I think !!!

I worked out 8 weeks as from 22 August should be due for the 17 October.;)
If this goes the full term of this that is.

I have still not heard from the FOS about my emails. I am not going to email again as I have never had a reply from ANY of them yet. (only one i got auto out of office thing). I think the least the FOS could do is to answer out of courtesy even if its to say "sorry we don't know". Just having a rant again.

Going off now for the night but if Tiggrae comes on and you are still there Di can you give her a nudge and point her to my post that i did after she had gone off. I have a feeling that she feels i have done this complaint wrong. I did first ask at the FOS though... I give up now with all of them. If any are wrong then its tough. I know what i am complaining about and if truth be known they do too. We have all been wronged and ripped off and they may get away with it through them being able to employ legal bods and us not having the money to. Maybe we word the complaints in the wrong text but have no training of how to actually complain. Its all wrong. I know that Firstplus and firms like them have ruined lots of peoples lives through greed and hidden terms.

Just have to wait now.

Finally got a response to my letter to Goldfish today...........I sent it in January...........and they said no without actually addressing my concerns!

I am going for them at moment I need to write my 2nd letter to claim the PPI
