What about Twopart/Eloan who went into voluntary liquidation in May 2008 this year?, this confuses me.
Even though I do also have to register with the liquidator as well as the FSCS as done so but does that also count by any chance ?;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I've checked on the Claims Management Regulations web site and they are not listed - also they don't show any of the details to have to have on your website if you are regulated - all claims management companies HAVE to be regulated by the Ministry of Justice in order to operate !!!0

Oops, blank page;) . I wonder what happened there. I think the Ministry of Justice take complaints serious and do a very good and thorough job. I had asked about them and got a phone call within a day and then this...
I think they have to re design the web pages as they look toooo official and also register with the MIJ. Something that slipped their mind.:rolleyes:0 -
the easiest way to work out the 8% is to use the calculator on the bank charges forum - feed in the £91.79 for each of the months paid and it'll work it our for you. The actual formula is (91.79 x .0002222) x number of days since premium paid0

Postie been earlier and nothing interesting and not even a final response from Endeavour about the "unfair rebate", so hubby went to the post office for me and has done his deeds lol:
Now posted both the Complaint form to the FOS
A copy of this also posted to Endeavour, (yes careful what you say) lol.:D
Tracking number for Endeavour: DV115403499GB
Tracking number for FOS: DV115403485GB
Will check on the royal mail website "track and trace" tomorrow.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

well my claim for ppi with lloyds loan is now with fos so hopefully i will get positive on that, im writing second letter to lloyds re ppi applied on hubbys credit card, my point is that we already had adequate insurance and the seller should have checked on this - am i correct on that tho? Also, they point out ppi has showed on all statements since card was taken out in 2006 - any ideas what kind of response i can give to this without looking complete imbecile!0

Good luck taylor72, I'm sure it will all work out in the end.;)
You just keep on hun, because these will basically just add anything that is all a standard response.
We all get that as an answer from them hun as I did with Lloyds too but you have a point to make that you already had cover and basically they should have checked with you first anyway.;)
Good luck!
Di.
