Freezing as well with no heating.

Keep getting those fluids down you hun.
I know when it comes to GP's with me my hubby has to practically drag me there lol, yet I'm quick enough dictating to others lol.

Have you a hot water bottle? if so keep this nearby to you (not too hot though).......
I hate being without heating, so are you having repairs or a new boiler fitted ?

Boiler fitted at long last and cannot wait. 3 years ago british gas would not repair as they said it was beyond and would not repair under the heating insurance we paid as they said it needed a power flush so this is long awaited. Another crappy insurance for nothing. They refunded our payments thats all.

So is it a combi ?

We just have the standard Glow-worm, in time we will upgrade to a combi.

I pay £16 a month with Swalec, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year call out but not been that far yet so I would not really know how reliable they are.
We also have the electrical cover for £4 a mth.

So they said that yours was beyond repair ? How old was it ?

Di, i have not heard of anyone on here going to the FOS with unfair rebate alone and winning with the FOS:confused: .

I am now getting paranoid as to whether singlep was right in this. I still have not had any actual confirmation about the firstplus one and that was put in same time as the co-op ones. I am just thinking now that they may throw it back again. Think about it, my other got further than this before being thrown back...

I think when you ring them they are not allowed to say that its not something we can look at as until it hits an adjudicator they do not know.
