Do you remember a week or so ago I received a letter from the liquidators, this one is regarding e-loan that went into volunatary receivership just recently.;)

With the Endeavour one, we should be receiving a response hopefully by the end if this week. xx

I forgot to tell you hun, I could not find the "statement of needs" the only copies I do have here is the ones from the loan advance when we had the new loan from the lender, so I don't think we even had one of these now  .

Did you manage to find any paperwork other than your statement of needs, like a copy of the agreement ?;)

I have also copied from the letters I sent to the loan company to send, and what makes it easier the postage is paid, so its will not cost a lot now for the recorded post.:D I expect you also had one of those large purple envelopes ?:j :D .

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Thanks to Tiggrae, I've now prepared my Request for Further Information using CPR 18. Most of it relating to looking for copies of info as to how HBOS manages documents and procedures in place to ensure compliance with legislation over mis-selling. Also asked for a CCA under the 1974 Act which actually has the prescribed terms in it, as what they've sent me doesn't.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

I have got the statement of needs, a copy of the insurance certificate and copy of loan amount agreement. Have also put in a figure I received to show the small
amount of rebate from loan I would receive if I settled or cancelled the loan,
just for good measure! I expect to be the first in line at the post office.
Heres to us and many more like us:beer:

  • Hi i have a claim in with lloyds for PPI and have received a standard reply saying no but mentioning that they were not under the financial ombudsman when my loan was taken out (2002) but having a look at the terms and condition of our PPI is states on it that if we wanted to make a comlaint we can complain to the financial ombudsman. Does any one know how can this be if they were not covered by them.
