yes, i have had the fob off letters and the last one offering money but back into the loan have just sent off forms to the fos last monday hoping it won't take too long but like you i won't give up .

I did win a case on the loan advance with Nemo, now going for the broker e-loan for the first loan ppi sold by them.
I must admit it had taken a while for the advance complaint, but the company were always requesting for extra time to forward further information, the FOS accepted a limited extra time a few times, but the information forwarded from Nemo was nothing different to what they sent the first time, if it wasn't for their stalling tactics it would have been a lot sooner I'm sure.
I do hope yours run more smoothly, yet I believe customers who have been mis sold by First plus are more or less straight forward, so fingers crossed for you hun.;)

I have just been trying to find this out now, if I find anything I will post up, been onto google search and when clicking in for this for prior to 2005 etc, it's always rules from 2005, but will keep trying and see what I can find out.;)
