loans today are hard to get and more expensive no doubt.. besides experian changed their scoring to suit credit climate that helps lenders to not lend good on you experian no wonder people are in trouble. please can anyone advise i cant take out any more loans, all i want is a refund for mis-selling it to me in the 1st place or reduce my payments so i can pay my debt abit easier.barclays have lodged a complaint whether that will help me i just dont know that answer.
Hi there Beverley
Apologies for the delay.
I have read your post very quickly.
How far have you got with Barclays ?
Have you actually sent in a reclaim complaint letter to them ?
We will take it from there, if you could let me know the above, that will be very helpful, I can then add some info for you to guide you through this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

If you have not done so already, here is the link below to check out the mis selling reasons, and on that link you will come across a reclaim template letter.
If you have not sent in a reclaim letter to Barclays yet, use the template letter to help you, delete what does not occur to you and add as many reasons you have of your own of why you feel you were mis sold.
Personally I would make that reclaim letter your own, not for it to look like a template that everyone uses, if you know what I mean, and of course they have 8 weeks from the letter to get back to you with a response.
If unsuccessful write back for them to reconsider, if still unsuccessful then, it can then go to the financial ombudsman service, but we will work through this one step at a time, so it does not get confusing.;)
Always post by recorded post.

Good luck hun and my next post I will add a SAR template for you.;)

Here below is the template for the Subject access request (SAR), they have 40 days to supply ALL the information they have on you, if you feek they have not supplied everything, then you could always contact the ICO who are the information commissioners office who will look into this for you.
This cost £10 cheque or postal order payment, and whatever you do, yes print your name but just leave a cross for a signature. You may note that I have left a post here earlier to say that these finance firms have this modern scanner and I had read a post left by another long term member that you never know they may take copies of the scans and add them to your agreements, I think you got the drift here.;)
Anyway, post again by recorded post in order to keep an eye on the timescales/date of up to 40 days.
