Do you know what Dreamer and I know Marshallka will approve of this too, but if we all done something and all wrote something to these regulators, maybe the more the better would be good, I know there would be thousands on here that would back this up.

Marshallka if your reading this hun, what do you think ?

What if we all write to these regulators to help push the boat a bit here due to Dreamer's post above ?

Or some sort of petition, I am not sure how to go about this but there must be a way, and for us to sign?????

    For example write to the

    FSA
    OFT
    FISA
    FLA

And so on, this needs to be recognised, and I am also a member on other sites, like some others here and the more we can get to do this the better, what do you think ?

Yes the more people that write to them they really should be looking into this. I believe we all have rights no matter what year we do something.

    Folks

Don't know how many of you who are fighting firms who were not covered by either GISC and the FSA, but as you know due to this reason is why we are being fobbed off with our complaints. They know they can get out of it, although I did get lucky with a complaint which was not covered and they paid out within 3 weeks, but its very very rare this will happen.

However, if you have read Dreamer's post above, you will see Dreamer has wrote to all the regulating parties of why this is so unfair, at the end of the day we were mis sold and ripped off with our money, no matter the dates, its discriminating !

I feel rather bitter the last few days, due to one of our members who is always here to help others win their money back and yet she is let down big time with her's due to the firm not being covered.
I am rather bitter with the FOS.

This member is Marshallka, she is here for everyone and will get right to the bottom of making sure others are helped, Marshallka is very hard working and is always here, she never fails in answering every post she can.

Now we all need to start getting tougher with this and we need to be heard by all regulators.

If anyone thinks its a good idea, we could all try to work on this together, this needs to be recognised, the mis selling of PPI is a BIG issue these days, and its about time this came to an end, but these firms continue to do so !

Anyway, if anyone has any ideas on how to go about this for this to be recognised we could stick together and do something.

I am up for it, and I know those of you who were let down will be too, also others not in this situation to back this up and support us here.;)

(Oh and thank you Dreamer, you have started something good here) lol. x

You hit the nail on the head lol Due to the fact they were not regulated they can get away with it. They don't know who there up against here lol

People should be listened to and helped, as PPI taken in 2005 onwards is really exactly the same as the PPI taken out before this year (except the regulation bit). It is discrimination the reason I also quoted the Human rights Acts "right to a fair trial". Companies who were not regulated should not have been allowed to sell credit, because as we know it is nearly always to the loss of the customer.

I totally agree with you hun.

I do think we will have a lot here that agree too.

This cannot be ignored, we all need to write to them all, the FSA being the first one I think, then the other regulators to follow.

Cheers hun, and it was Dreamer's post that done it for me, although Marshallka have mentioned about this should be recognised in the past and have added some useful posts about this too.;)

And of course it would be cool if ML could back us up here too, now I know we cannot contact ML directly but if he comes across this post, maybe he could suggest some ideas to help back us up here.;)

arh good found this that I was looking for the other day, if your claim is let down by the FOS, here is the link to the guy who many would contact to have it investigated if your complaint can still be looked at or not.

    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/about/IA_terms_reference.htm

Marshallka have you contacted the above hun ?
