This is what is written on the Policy that they say was the same as my policy with them...
this Insurance is underwritten by a consortium of Insurers. Their obligations are several and are not joint and are limited solely to the extent of their individual subscriptions. The subscribing Insurers are not responsible for the subscription of any co-subscribing Insurer who for any reason does not satisfy all or part of its obligations. The subscribing Insurers and their individual subscriptions are as follows.: 40% by AA Cassidy and Others, Syndicate 582 at Lloyds, 35% by SCOR UK Company Limited and 25% by Zurich Insurance Company (the names and proportions underwritten by Syndicate 582 can, opon application, be assertained by reference to the Master Policy number MIL2001 which bears the Seal of Lloyds Policy Signing Office.
Tell me where on there is there an address or actual firm I can contact.....
You are insured under the Master Policy is written among the policy terms... now is this Lloyds....

Hi folks I'm back.:D
I am still annoyed with this matter Marshallka and whatever you decide to do we are all behind you.;)
I did actually feel physically sick when you first posted about this today, and something is not right about the FOS, the way it was done, all that effort you put in.
Its not been easy for you I know, and the annoying thing about this is you had re-submitted this again, left wondering for weeks what was going on, they did not give you a full response on this, you just wanted a blunt answer, yes or no, then told they were looking at this, and now this.......
Sorry folks if I seem to be a bit edgy:o , I was so mad when I heard Marshallka's news today, she is amazing and have helped thousands win their money back and then gets let down by the FOS after all this messing about over the last few months......:mad:0 -

Quite agree Di. As I have said before you never know who is on this site and what they are watching. It is not beyond any of them to read and trace our postings which is why I always change a bit of the detail etc;)
If they had traced back what reason would they have for throwing this out... Is it cause I have slated Barclays Firstplus too much on here. They are the worst of the worst ... I will say it again and again...
I want my money back in FULL with statutory interest... nothing else...
It is so annoying as they let other complaints for unfair rebates go by against the lender but not mine. Then again, I have yet to see someone post as winning for this alone... I did say that they other day too.0 -

Hi Marshallka
That was not directed at you. It was cause Di was saying about all the people you had helped and then you get treated like this. It was a throw away comment of mine that they are picking on you cause you are helping others to claims loads back.:D
I know you have nothing to hide and you are being up front and honest and it is getting you nowhere and it is extremely frustrating. Just take a break and give your head a break and am sure you will come back full of vigour and determination tomorrow. You will also have ideas of how you can use details in that letter to further your claim with Futile Over rated Service (FOS) or the Flipping Stupid inArticulate FSA or the GISC Great Impotent Stupid Conglomarate:rotfl::mad:0 -
