I was told to ring back today after lunch about my Barclays FIrstplus claim for the unfair rebate as they said it should have been looked at by the manager to see if it is something they can look into. Still not heard from them. I wonder what they will say...

This is completely for unfair rebate!!!

Didn't we not already see that Twopart/eloan in the Gazette a few weeks ago and them of Essex county loans last week of was that one just about a meeting of some sort

Yes, I posted both on here and the meeting of the creditors thing on the 8th October.

I found the Essex County Loans one... . Why Di, have you got to go to the FSCS about Essex county loans. I thought they got in touch yesterday about Eloan...

Yours is very different Di. I think there is major probs with mine as it seems...or maybe major probs with Barclays Firstplus still...

I was just curious about Essex loans really, after being told by the liquidators that they had taken over but not any more and yes it is that of Twopart eloan is on the letters, so maybe Essex is not brought into it then..... .
