Loancheck do not usually let them get off that easily. If they are not willing to send them the information then as far as I am concerned they are at fault and will be found so. Do not give up on this one. What are they hiding:rolleyes:

I am sure they will get it sorted out just take them one at a time. They do take ages and perhaps it is just the Co op that are pretending to misunderstand and are playing the system. I am sure it will happen but will take time which is not what you want to hear. You have it in your head how it happened and how you want it sorted. They are just going through procedures. They are not as passionate about your claims as you are as they are just doing a job. Please be patient. Am sure it will be alright in the end. Just look after you and yours nobody can take that away from you.;)
