  • Hi Pete,

I would not certainly recommend this company at all stay clear as i went through an nightmare with them regarding a Sony TV I bought from them a few months back.

I was sent two badly cosmetic TVs’ tried to claim a full refund as they promised us once the TV’s were returned.
Unfortunately they robbed us of £60 less than our full refund of £693.97 as they charged us for th return and completely ignored the DSR and the sales of good acts.
I have left reviews on trust pilot site jabber the complaints board and the review centre.
Goole earth there address as it seems they run from home not the two Acer of land ware house they claim to be.
The whole experience has been awful to say the least they have also put bogus positive reviews on various websites on the net for their own defence.
I have posted photos of the so called brand-new TV they sent us on the complaint board Google this and see for your self’s people do not under any circumstances use the company I have contacted BBC watch-dog and i do hope they take me up on this as it will be the icing on the cake.
BE WARNED SHOP ELESWERE YOU WON'T REGREAT IT. TRUST ME!!!

ONE TO WATCH CHEAP PRICES FOR MOST THINGS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolute nightmare of a company very rude and zero customer service we had ran into two series problems trying to recover our full refund back of £693 as this company agreed to do so once both TV’s that were cosmetically marked returned to them as we were not offered anything else.
Following there instructions both TV’S were returned and expecting a full refund as this was in a written email to us also we were told verbally that a full refund would be granted.
As expected they denied that both TV’S were marked despite having photographic evidence they were only refunding minus £60 for the return of both sets.
I had to seek legal advise and contacted trading standards and in the end I had to settle for £60 less than the full refund that was promised to us once both TV’S were in there posetion.
I also received emails from this company trying to blackmail us in not to write reviews as they intended to take a further £120 minus the full refund.
Sony would not grant the warranty as they were adamant they do not sell under any circumstances to any retailer either what they described b graded or used refurbished products.
I would seriously urge people to think twice when purchasing online electronics from this company if something goes wrong as there is no reasoning with them you will regret it.
I would recommend that you shop around as the cheapest products when shopping online is not always the best way to go as we found that out for sure.
I will however state that no company is perfect from my own experience I found Amazon very helpful good choice of products and most important friendly and helpful customer service.
Use at your own Perl I have never experienced such a nightmare of any online purchase ever.

Well I think I and most reasonable people on here would have thought that given the OP asked the question in April 2008 they've not been sitting around for the last two and a bit years waiting for you to come along and give 'advice'.

If pete has I apologise. But if not cluttering up the forum digging up ancient posts not longer relevant doesn't make for a useful and efficient forum.

Please go away and develop some basic common sense regarding how an internet forum works, or else expect people to take objection and/or point and laugh at your aforementioned lack of common sense :A

No really, I'm sure Pete has been waiting two whole years for you to come along and post for him.... there are probebly hunderds more waiting even longer then he has, you'd better get digging thru the unanswered 2006-2007 posts first :rotfl:
