Argos misprice! 28inch TV outfit, £0.49 [CLOSED]

They can only take the amount (49p) that you have agreed to and no more or else it is fraud.

All that will happen is Tuesday morning we will all get an e-mail saying "Sorry but due to a pricing error you cannot have your tv for 49p. We have canceled your order but if you wish to buy the set for the correct price of X then please re-order on our website."

I have ordered 5 :rotfl: but I don't expect to get them and won't moan when I don't. Its just a bit of fun for a Saturday morning.

I have taken screen prints of the order confirmation and of the actual page to protect us if they do try anything!

Got my confirmation email - got to be worth a go..... definately has brightened up my Saturday.... I think the programmer will get 'wrong' for this, but has one days extra grace as they probably don't work bank holidays, so they will be flapping on tuesday....

If this does pay off I can see Ebay inundated with them over the next few weeks. Oredered mine on the off chance as it has got to be worth a flutter.

I have ordered one too but I don't hold much hope and will await the email Tueday morning. I do think oredering in bulk draws attention to the misprice which otherwise may have gone unoticed!!
