Right.. I know I am evil but.. would it be excessively mean to give a 7.5 year old a sanding block and make her sand all the scribbles off the new floorboards that she has done over the last few days?? She got a biro and scribbled and wrote all over the floor in the middle room.. I personally want to sand it with her head and hubby wants to beat her senseless.. but she is an airhead so neither would work but I think maknig her repair the damage would.. she didn't spread poo on the walls in the bathroom after I made her scrub it off... would it be really bad of us though??.. it isn't like she would be using electric power tools.. just elbow grease..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Sounds acceptable to me pigpen, at 7.5 she is old enough to understand there are consequences to your actions. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Still around.. still pregnant... 3 days over.. Suppose only good thing is only have a maximum of 14 days left!
Cos hospital policy to induce between 42 and 42+3 apparently
Pigpen - Id get her to sand the floorboards... or at least some of them! Would guarntee she wouldnt do it again! When i had my scouts/cubs sanding a shelf unit down they all moaned and asked could they use the electric sander cos it was such hard work

I just won another 2 ebay items
:j:j:j I guess I should sort out these bits that need to be listed ASAP so I can keep up with what I'm spending. It is nice though to know that the money is paying for new clothing for ME for a change and not just being transfered to my bank account and frittered away!
So thats new "sexy" boots
and 2 ear cuffs for me
Now I just need to sort out some pants or long skirts and I'll be a happy bunny :rotfl::rotfl:

Start at level one.. and maybe one extra.. and next week.. aim for level 2.. if you try doing the whole list today it will be totally demoralising.. you will lose hope and motivation.. start small and aim big!!!
HHC (half hour challenges) are the quickest and most motivational way to get things done..
Check out the first post, it gives loads of info on the kind of stuff we do.. the deep clean challenge is probably just for this one week.. and as it is thursday I am already 4 days behind lol.. but I have half a room on ebay and the other half ready to post..
Keep posting and in no time you'll have a palace beholden to royalty..
And welcome.. watch out for Mudbath though.. she does actually bite!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
