watchdog just had a go at apple abt the battery problems these ipods are having .. which could cost up to £50 to replace.. so winning one might be the cheapest and best option as they not taking any notice of us brits (a million and yes i mean a million of yanks taken them to court to get there batteries replaced.. so sounds like a glitch in the making of the ipods.. hope all the winners dont experience these problems

Has anybody had a problem with 3?
My girlfriend is on a contract with 3 and sent off 4 codes and has now had a bill of £3.80ish for them. She contacted 3 and they claim it is a premium rate sms service and that she has to take it up with Walkers.
She is quite worried as she sent far more in the next billing period.
Can't be right??0 -

i have a 3 contract, and i would not believe them if they told me it was raining and i was soaking wet, they are by far the worst customer services i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, on the 25 or 30 times ive had to call them in the last 8 months ive had nothing but lies and denials from them....only 4 months to goWWSD(what would Scooby Doo)0 -

So they are permitted to charge that much? Surely it goes against Walkers saying normal text message rate or whatever the exact phrasing is.0
