Then you may as well save yourself £6/month.
I'm not with them but I'm about to get my MAC to migrate to them. Daughter has been with them for 2yrs and a friend for a year and both are extremely happy.0 -

Hope your experience is as good as mine has been!
Get your daughter or friend to refer you and they will get a bit off their monthly connection fee.0 -

There is usually a cost for migration, or it is deferred. My own ISP charges £50 for a migration in...
and you still got to pay PN to get out.0 -
From the PlusNet website:- It is free to move to a service based on your existing BT product type.
And if you're not satisfied, we'll even pay for you to leave under the PlusNet Guarantee.0 -

Can't argue with that, but it only applies for the first 45 days.
Even the free migration into PN is a deferred deal, if you leave within 12 months you have to pay £14.99.0 -
Considerably less than with your current provider though.

Anyway, we could go on all night like this but I gotta get to bed and when I get up tomorrow I think I'll still be going to migrate to PlusNet........;)0 -

I had a good read through the ADSLguide message boards last night. There are a LOT of unhappy bunnies with this ISP at the moment. Have a look yourselves.

Out of interest, I also had a read through the board for my ISP (Zen). I had to laugh. Seeing as we have nothing to complain about (Zen are a top quality ISP) the main subjects on the Zen board are Zen coffee mugs and baked beans. Someone even started a thread complaining that Zen are boring because we have no complaints!
