an absolutely beautiful film. hours later am still contemplating some of the finer moments. 10/10. having seen many blockbuster-types this year i finally went to a film where i didn't have to switch off part of my brain - oh joy.

thank you so much you mse'r for the codes! esp little bill for flagging it up on the times site and destresserai for posting the codes at 12.04am (i got up at in the small hours in anticipation of the code - well worth it!).

A beautiful film indeed - 9/10 for me on this one.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who switched the computer on at 12.30am to get tickets!

I thought it was a really wonderful film, but so hard to describe. I tried telling my OH about it later, and just made it sound rubbish (which it wasn't). 9/10

  • The same happened with fly me to the moon in Cardiff i got there at 10.40 and they said the film had already started i think they had been given the wrong time after i showed the ticket to the guy by the desk he radioed upstairs and they stopped the film there was obviously a mix up as they then restarted the film at 11. Although there was a mix up have to say that i really loved the 3d effect on this film it was amazing i didn't really follow the plot as i was too busy looking at all the things that were coming out of the screen at you, kids will love this film.

Can I just say that I think it's ridiculous that we can't post when tickets are GONE/OUT in the "codesonlyohmygodi'lldieifyouchat" thread.

I'm usually down with following the rules and all, but it's getting a bit fascist. I understand that people come to the thread based on notifications. I get it. But good grief.

  • We can't post when tickets are gone out in the other thread beacuse a lot of the time with see film first the codes get reactivated again sometimes a week later sometimes even sooner, i can understand why it can get annoying because i get really annoyed by it and also the people that write that they have returned tickets put it in the codes only thread as well i for one am not the least bit interested in somebody for example is returning 2 tickets for Birmingham etc beacuse a lot of the time you can always get tickets on other codes anyway.
  • Just got back from watching Taken - it's fricking awsome.
