And they charged me after I cancelled account. *Tut*
No free DVD, and only received one DVD from them during the trial - which I didn't even have time to watch in order to get it back in time to cancel account!

I always Stick to lovefilm, now on my 3rd 90 day free trial always cancel just after 2 months and you get 2 dvd's at a time and the turnaround is quite quick saved ££'s doing this!:)

EVIl company took the money out straight away. Now i've got to go the bank and stay up another hour after a 14 hour night shift at 32 weeks pregnant to pay money into the bank to cover it! Have cancelled trial immediately and DO NOT want to have anything to do with them!!!!!! Have e-mailed to complain. I WILL get my money back!
DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck Jak, they refused me my money back saying it took longer than 7 days for me to return DVD when I know fine well I posed it back the day after I got it!!

I also had problems with them, my sister joined recently and she had the same problems, they do not send out the free dvd and lie, they're very good at trying to take money out of your account when they are not meant to be. I emailed movie stream when i signed up and they never sent out the free dvd. When my sister joined (different address), they claimed someone used her details and had already signed up-lies! No one did, when she emailed back saying that it might be identity fraud and she was getting the police involved and would be keeping their emails as evidence, they stopped emailing back. They are a waste of time, the free dvd is a con, they do not send it out. i finally rang about my free dvd and they are refusing to send it because i deleted my list when i was cancelling the trial and theres nothing i can do about it
