I just finished a trial with Wilkinsons. I returned the discs on Friday afternoon and they were not showing as returned when I went home from work Monday.I tried cancelling but was warned that I should not be cancelling before the discs got back there. By the Tuesday, lo and behold the discs were back with them and they tried ti charge me. My prepay card was not loaded so they just shut off the link on my account to cancel and emailed me to get payment. When I phone them up I spoke to a really snotty woman who said it was my fault that I didn't cancel the account and the bills would keep adding up over the months and I would chased for the money eventually. I asked to speak to her boss and she repeatedly said no. I gave up and paid the money but I will be cancelling in two weeks and never returning and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

Got the same mail this morning, so we shall see if the DVD arrives. Not holding my breath though.
