i had quidco open but didnt go through them and it has tracked at £3 my moviestream (which is odd as listed as £5) -thought that was a fluke too, probably get declined though.
received my dvds today so quick service but disapoionted with what I got (I know I chose what was in list but things received were way down bottom). Free dvd didnt come though but only signed up yesterday.0 -
it says u must recieve and send back your first rented DVD, so dont just make an aco!!!! and w8 otherwise u wont get free DVD.
I will give it a try, but when i get 1st dvd i will get rid of the rest of my list, i don't want them sending me more just be4 end of trial and charging me!
hope that helps.0 -

I thought all was well when i cancelled my trial but checking my bank account today it appears that they have taken out £11.47 for a subscription, But it was a free 2 week trial. Im very annoyed as I may now have incurred an overdraft fee.
When I Joined My Movie Stream, they also took a months subscription straight away........apparantly they mereley 'borrow' this to check that the debit card details youve supplied are genuine!
After 5 working days the money is released back to your bank account.
This Is A Real Liberty......... as most firms just 'borrow' a pound which is held 'pending' before being returned to your account 5 Working days later!!0 -
I've just noticed as i signed up in lower corner of firefox it says secure.mymoviestream.
Obviously same company, thats why it is tracking in quidco0 -
I to cancelled my account and looked in my bank account to find that £3.79 had been taken out for a subscription.Ipoints - 1,015
Pigsback - 855
Top cash Back - £4.44
Ciao -£7.240 -
Got my first DVD yesterday, and Ive not been charged.
You also have 7 days after cancelling your trial to return all DVDs so make the most of it. One questions, what is a certificate of postage and how much does it cost?
"(C) Cancel your account.
We really think you will enjoy WilkinsonPlus DVD Rental and there are a great range of package options above to suit all budgets and viewing tastes but, if you decide that it simply isn't for you, you simply need to log in, visit the MyAccount area and follow the Account Cancellation Request process. Your account will then be suspended and you will have 7 days to return any oustanding rental DVD(s) to complete your account closure. Please note that, if you decide to cancel your account, you MUST obtain a Certificate of Postage when you return your final rental discs, irrespective of whether you post them before or after you make your Cancellation Request online.
For security reasons, any major account amendments such as Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancellation Request, must be made via the MyAccount panel of the WilkinsonPlus DVD Rental website while logged in with your username and such requests cannot be accepted by email, post or telephone."0 -

any1 recieve a free dvd yet.
TBH im not impressed so far, only film i got off my list delivered was superman, which i only added because it said you should have 1 that is available now. Most of the NOW films are rubish or old films that are on every sunday :P0 -
got an e-mail -think said when return dvd's then free one will be sent then. Have to say apart from cost you cant beat going to the video shop and chosing what you are in the mood to watch and a good chance of getting the latest films if you use a large well known chain.0
