Len, I tell you what, when I get to my target on Slimming World, I'll post a photo of me in the sexy secretary skirt....:p

Bunny, don't feel silly, you silly thing! :D I'm missing you, and I hope you are okay. Natasha is coping okay with her leg - she's a bit cranky and not sleeping well but that's understandable I suppose. Ryan is in full-on meltdown unfortunately, lashing out at everyone, threating to kill himself and all sorts. :( Poor little guy, he takes everything to heart so much and gets so angry with himself.

Just to top it all off, I have upset a friend by not replying to an email she sent me...it arrived the night Natasha broke her leg so I didn't read it until a couple of days later, and then didn't get chance to reply until yesterday. I feel awful for upsetting her when she is going through a terrible time herself.

And then I had a shee-ite day at work too.

AND I had a reply from the nursery, who have now completely changed their story and made up a load of lies....they are now saying their records confirm they checked Natasha's nappy at 2pm (funny how when I spoke to them before, they said 12pm....), and they also said that my 'manner' on the phone had upset the staff member I spoke to (I am really hurt by this, because I was really polite even though I had plenty of cause to be angry - in fact I was actually in tears because of the way she spoke to me!).

They also said that the allegations I have made are untrue.......which is an absolute joke considering I was only repeating back the excuses they made when they rang me.

I am SO glad Natasha isn't going there any more.

Think I'll just blow the diet and get lashed. :o

Don't give in, the cheeky blighter's! I can't believe their cheek. Falsifying records like that is surely illegal...
Sorry to hear Ryan is so upset with it all as well. Did the life story tack not work with him, is there any way of pulling him out of it?
Thanks for the info on the sticky keys by the way, my keyboard caps lock has been playing me up for ages and this is a good way around it.

    Oh Snags!
Listen, I'm ok-I feel a bit, well, it's hard to explain-weird at the minute. Guilty for not feeling worse but also not wanting to really talk about things. (ok, this is why-I'm crying again now) I feel such a failure and in a way, more sad because we still get along so well and OH is honestly such a wonderful man-just not making me happy and I feel a fraud. Most women would love to have him for a husband. I need him as a friend but I also need 'more'.

As for the nursery, it's your word against theirs...and we KNOW you are right and bottom line is, why would you lie? It has been a huge inconvience for you not using them as a child care provider.

Poor sweet Ryan. Please let him know we love him and that he's not a bad boy-he had an accident and accidents are why cars have bumpers and pencils have earasers...

As for diets? well, so far I've had 1/2 a bottle of wine and starting on the vodka now...I feel the need to get pished.

Letter to the BBC explaining the circumstances. Say you think they may be also falsifying records. There are many other parents who go there - don't forget them.

It is shocking what some nurseries get up to.
I think more whistle blowing like this should go on. It is one of the things which i strongly agree with OFSTED on.

Awww Bunny (((hugs))) - you are NOT a failure, you are incredibly brave and you know you are doing the right thing, difficult though it may be. You and hubby WILL stay friends, I'm sure of it, and things will all work out for the best.

There's not much I can do about the nursery - it has made me feel so angry and upset but I can't prove they are lying. Seems so crappy but all I can do is put it behind me and move on.

I'll tell Ryan what you said - he will like that. :)

Enjoy your wine....I'm on my 3rd vodka now!! :o

You don't have to prove they're lying - that's the Beeb's job. All you have to do is provide them with a likely target to investigate.
