Thanks Taxi - wow, your £20k by Christmas challenge looks to be going well! :T
Morning
Ryan was sick during the night so I've got him at home with me today. Have to say, he's not looking too bad now, but because he's been sick, he can't go in for 48 hours, so he will have to stay at home tomorrow too.
Why did I admit he'd been sick when I spoke to school  LOL!!
Luckily my Mum and Dad are looking after Natasha tomorrow while I'm at work, so I'm sure they wont mind having Ryan as well. Annoyingly though, I think having to stay off tomorrow too will push Ryan's absence over the 5% so I will get snotty comments on his school report."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I always thought it was 24 hours from when they were sick? They can't be snotty when they make you keep them home!!I stopped smoking 25th June 2007STILL Never complacent but confidentMy debt is GOING DOWN!!!!0

No, they have notices up around school now saying 48 hours. It's so annoying because he's already almost perfectly fine. And the reason he already has quite a bit of absence is because he's had a lot of appointments this year for his diagnosis, which are shown as a separate figure BUT are included in the overall percentage figure.
Normally I just accept it, but this year I will have something to say about it if there are any negative comments on his report about absence. I'm wondering if I can get them to change it on the grounds that he has a disability which is why he has needed these appointments, and surely it's not fair to penalise someone for having a disability?
Anyway, not going to stress about it until it happens...lol."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

LOL!
Right, tax credits people informed of income for this tax year...and they've promised they have only updated this year's figures, and left last year's as they are. We will wait and see what happens now."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
