not getting o2 bills - help.

nightmare 2 days with o2 still no bills. been shouting at them 2day and they finally agreed to let me out of my contract as a good will gesture as i will loss out with cashback.
will this affect my e2save contract as i ended early. not my fault or will all be sorted.

If you have cancelled your contract with o2, then that will be the end of your cashback from e2save too.

I have cancelled my itemized billing, as they were charging for this. Now they are sending me summarized bills, only front page, which is sufficient for cashback.

cheers quinten. im not bothered about cashback but was afraid of getting hit by e2save. glad to see its all over. what will happen with e2save is it over.

I too have exactly the same problem. I have rang on two occasions now and asked for my bills which I was assured would arrive soon. I have still not got a bill and am thinking of threatening them with a cancelled DD
I believe you can get your bills offline as well which the cash back company will accept.

i told them that i would cancel dd and not pay until i got bill but the bills would just mount up. they said they had problems getting bills but i only received n01 and no other bill. i just wanted out in case i lost the lot. after 7 calls they could still not sort it and after telling them i would lose a few hundred they agreed i could cancel as it was there fault. i was on the fone for ages tho shouting at managers.

I doubt you will hear anything from them.

cheers again, i hope not. i was thinking of free mobile which was clearance and i had some auto cashback so i got out about even with quidco cash.
