not getting o2 bills - help.

another month and no bill. any1 else having problems or just me. i told them no more money to be taken from dd until bills arrive and will cancel next dd if bill is not received. they have promised to send original bills missing in 14 days so should know if they are telling the truth. can i cancel this dd without problems. if not how can i get a bill i'm stuck.

It is easy to cancel a dd - just tell your bank to cancel it.

However, o2 will surcharge you for using a different method of payment.

I'm also seeing this - I got a paper bill for the first month, but not for the second, having cancelled itemised billing...

so the problem is possibly down to cancelling itemised billing. i've been in touch today and they have promised to send full bills from past and restart itemised billing. they also said they could put my bill in dispute and not take money if it happens again but i need bill for cashback.

Yeah I've been on to them and they say they sent it out again on the 2nd, so we'll see if that turns up and what happens next month...

Im waiting for my pac code from Orange to take my number to o2.
Would i be better waiting for this to be done before i register on o2?

Also, just to clarify, o2 don't charge any extra for paying by another method..

Yes. AFAIK they normally set up an account for you automatically and text the details to you when your contract is set up.
