Carnfunnock is probably one of the top sites in the country, clean, good location, plenty to keep the kids entertained etc.

    Hi everyone

A change of plan at the weekend - we didn't go to Drumaheglis. Went instead to Six Mile Water caravan park in Antrim. It suited better as I had to meet with someone in Antrim on Saturday. A really lovely park looking out on the marina. Has 20 sites. The only minor issue was the number of speed ramps to navigate on the way in and out. We would definitely go back again.

Can anyone tell me how far and where is Shanes castle from Antrim? Antrim castle is not the one and same is it?
  • hi eeyorerules

from six mile water cp you were only 10 mins away from shanes castle, its on the randalstown road. If you get the chance try Drumheglis in Ballymoney it is a 5 star site on the river bann and only 5 mins from me.
there is a few of us having a wee meet in cookstown in may if your interested in meeting give me a shout, your more than welcome.

    wee stevie
