By having the Rightmove link would throw some facts into the discussion, then folks would have to get off their own personal hobby horses and where would be the fun in that?

Dimensions sound great. It looks tidy but cold with no garden flowers, no interiors, a greyish day for the exterior shot and an electricity pylon - just makes me feel bleak.

yeah, the front room shot does seem to be dark, and we are going to put flowers around the front and make it look a bit more "inviting"

never noticed the pylon before!! thanks for pointing that out.

Do you think we should take some other pictures?

Everyone is responsible for their own finances in the world... if you believe people implicitly then your gonna be taken for a ride and loose out eventually. It takes 1-2 hours to research your situation and seen as houses are the largest asset people have I'd guess people would take more of an interest in what the deal is with them... guess not.

    As for the OP:
    1. House is worth what someone is willing to pay for it... its not "as its worth more", its not sold in 1.5 years... this is quite a long time.. so either you are always 5-10k ahead of the market and hence not attractive (i.e it might've been worth 210k when you first started but as you have always been above the rest of houses not attracted too many viewings.
    2. Have you researched other houses in the local area town to see what they are selling for? (Right move or sold house prices from land registry)
    3. Sounds like you've been chasing the market down
What area is the house in? Some people here will research the usual prices that are for sale, as i mentioned previously post some pics to see if you can tart the place up. Feedback is always good...

Also what did the two viewers say about the house over the 1.5 year period?

The picture isn't very good and yes they should put some pictures of the interior on Rightmove.
There's a lot of stuff for sale round there around £200k and with 3 or 4 bedrooms, yours just doesn't stand out.
What types of property were the other 2 in the street that sold in the last 2 years?

You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
