Can those in the know confirm - because the blog doesn't ......

If the schedule of 'living expenses' really doesn't have to be completed?
..............................and, if not, does it affect co-operation penalties?

If you don't sign the notes, does it affect co operation penalites?

If you take a recording of the meeting will they be entitled to a copy?

As accurate, I see, as the rest of the crap on your site .. and as useful. If you actually read her profile you would see 'Voluntary sector consultant and trainer'! And she's much more useful to people with genuine problems on this site .... than a 2nd rate hack with an axe to grind.

But don't let facts detract from a poor story. Do you work for the Sun ..... or is that aiming a bit high?

I think that you are being very unfair here. I think the site is a very useful help for anyone who is being investigated by HMRC. OK the site is not well designed but it is not true to state that everyone thinks its a load of rubbish..
