Have you tried clearing your history/cache? Sometimes if I am having problems I find that helps.

Good luck at the dentist you are braver than me

Morning everyone, through slightly blurred eyes, - DS woke us up at 4, i didn't put him in his gro-bag, and he woke up cold and needing a bit of comfort. Took about 30 minutes for us to settle him but he then slept for the rest of the night thankfully. Getting me back in practice. He's bright this morning, but i am still keeping him off nursery in case he catches worse before the wedding tomorrow.

Johanne very sorry to hear your news this morning. All you can do is focus on the baby, however selfish that might seem, but it is the most important thing at the minute.

GandB nice winnings there. Imagine what that could buy in Primark ;)

Right, think i am going to just attempt a few bits today - anything achieved while entertaining DS will be a bonus. I was sat at 11:30 last night looking through a box of newborn clothes, and emptying the airers off a bit. DH finished the pub quiz for the wedding reception, but still needs to do his best man speech tonight. I'll be glad when saturday has finished to be honest as this one is as much stress as when we got married, and we need to do so much in the house still. Could have done without losing a full week.
    • WM - [strike]A's maternity jumpers[/strike], [strike]load of newborn clothes[/strike]
    • [strike]empty airers of dry stuff[/strike]
    • [strike]hang up wet stuff started but DS was trying to help, so will finish when he has a nap[/strike]
    • ironing - clear some of pile, plus DH's shirt for tomorrow 15 items done plus a small pile of DS's which are too small to pack away
    • shoes cleaned for tomorrow
    • outfits laid out for tomorrow
    • bag packed to stay in hotel tomorrow
    • do something with the cot mattress that still smells sicky - bicarb on all day took some of the smell away, but i think it needs disinfecting and a stronger smell
    • [strike]bring bin in when it is emptied[/strike]
    • [strike] ring nursery to say DS off again[/strike]
    • deal with post
    • DH write best mans speech
    • reheat shepherds pie for dinner
    extras:
    • cleaned bathroom radiator
    • swish and swipe the bathroom
    • fed the cats
    • charged mobile up
    • filled the WM with ds dark washing laid around
    • washed up lunch and breakie dishes
    • transmitted shop and scan data for week
    • opened a couple of the 0-3 boxes and began to sort out - found more breast pads and the moses basket sheets out.
    • hoovered living room and dining room
    • dusted wall unit in didning room and pictures
    • cleaned cat footprints and pollen from LR windowsill
    • cleaned pencil off settee that DS did while i was hoovering
plus as usual, anything else that springs up on me during the day - I might take DS to playgroup this afternoon if he continues with the joys of spring like he is so far.

    Morning everyone

Johanne so sorry to hear about FIL but like you say he is no longer in pain. I want you to promise us all that you will look after yourself first and foremost, let everyone else do the running round for the funeral and take it easy the day of the funeral as they can be mentally and physically draining.

Sharon we did get loads for £51, checks receipt, 21 things to be precise! Better not tell you about the time when we went there prior to our holiday where we kitted the four of us out entirely for £150    DH looked like a packhorse carrying all those bags whilst I pushed W in the buggy with A walking alongside :rotfl:

Mudbath A is collecting ALL the Rainbow Fairies! Father Christmas brought her the first 21, he thought that was the entire series :rotfl: (well they were in a slip case from the book people) We bought another 4 yesterday which is when I saw that there are up to about 60 available now!
