Considering the lack of flying this week the house isn't looking bad. Had a lovely time catching up with our friends. Off to bed now. IKEA tomorrow so won't be around until the evening when I have one of those nights where I need to be in 3 different places all at the same time. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Evening folks - got a bit busy and haven't managed to get back on and catch up. but wanted to look at the list.

Looks like DS will be off nursery again tomorrow, but will see what i can get done, particularly as dinner is already done.

Oh Michelle, poor Charlie seems to be poorly more than he's well at the minute, reminds me a lot of my DS2 who catches everything going. Fingers crossed he's feeling better tomorrow.
Right, eyes stinging after studying most of the evening, suppose at least this one is interesting as it's Medical Statistics, still got a long way to go before the assignments finished but sure I'll get there (due in on Wednesday so I better :rotfl: ) computer work needs doing next and I am not switching the main PC on (only installed on there) to do it now as it's getting late so putting it away, going to write my to do list for tomorrow (inc contact a charity I have money for from fundraising who haven't returned calls, grr!) and probably start on my meal plan in bed because I have really exciting evenings :rotfl: oh my what an interesting life I have.
Ok bed time, first time my laptop will be off before midnight all week, hopefully (if D2 has a dry bed) my first time in bed before midnight too. Night night everyone xxOne day I might be more organised...........

Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?0 -
Morning ladies.
Sad to say FIL passed away yesterday evening at 5:55pm. We're all devastated but least hes not in pain now and everyone got to say there goodbyes. (OH gave him 3 big hugs and kisses one from him, one from me and one from bump because i couldnt be there). Daunting task of the funeral to face now. He was a very much loved man and gave up 30 plus years of his life volunteering in scouting so has touched so many peoples lives...its gonna be huge.. news has spread as far as an ex-scout of his serving in baghdad (!) who will be flying back to attend the funeral.. we stopped counting his get well cards alone at 200ish so god knows how many will turn up and pay their respects.
Really lost at the moment and have only managed 3 hours sleep but on strict orders to concentrate on and look after baby from the whole family. Me and bump were the last people in the family he recognised and acknowledged apparently when we went in the other day.... so im going to do my best to make him so so proud as i know this baby meant the world to him.
