We have not been back long from Meadowhell and I can't quite believe I am going to say this but I quite enjoyed it
We are all shopped out, well for now at least! Bought new school shoes for A & W, some perfume for me with my pigsback voucher that I forgot to use for Christmas shopping :rotfl: plus a meadowhell voucher from MIL. Selection of coffees from Whittards to spoil myself again, A bought some books from WHS with her voucher and W got a Thomas magnetic train for his collectionOh and if anyone was in £land this afternoon and saw a woman and 2 kids laden down with jiffy bags then it was us!
Had Mickie D's for lunch, ooo and managed to find a photo album to do the 'This is Your life' thingy for Dad next week. Best bit we got 2 vouchers for WHS for £5 off a £12 book spend before the end of the month, A is so pleased as there are 60 books in the series she is collecting  and she 'only' has about 30 so far. Guess whose going back to WHS soon!
Going to be very cheeky and ask if anyone else gets one of those vouchers that they won't get chance to use could they post it to me, will save some of the books for Christmas. It has a bar code 3327 5444. Obviously I will cover the postage costs etc. If you can help please PM me and I'll give you our address, ta very muchlyOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

AnW'sMum I enjoyed shopping this week too when we went on Monday, maybe it's because we go less often? Seems many have been to primark aswell, ideal for me as got DS1 2 pair of school trousers for £8, while he's still destroying them I see no point in spending a fortune. Unfortunately/fortunately I don't fit into their clothes (yet) I think it's a mix of both, I can't save money on how much I spend on clothes but if I did fit into them I'd probably spend a fortune in there. Good old ebay will do for now (she says sat in her £4 jeans
which were £35 in the shops )
embb enjoy your night out, well done on the clothes size thing, maybe it's the new job helping?
Disdis happy birthday to your twin DSs
Spag bol cooked and eaten, snook grated carrot etc in and made it with Quorn but shhhhhh noones mentioned it! I will get them to eat more healthy even if I have to hide it :rotfl:
I read tomorrows list then decided enough was enough and sent the boys upstairs to tidy their bedroomskept them away from each other for a while. So that's all the toys away, I just need to do the beds, cleaning in there and their laundry. Oh but then of course I get 'not messy room again' and they proceeded to drag their toys downstairs, sods, oh well at least I can make them take them back up before bed!! DP getting ready for work inc shower etc so will bath them and send them to bed once he's done.
Ohhh forgot to say I'm getting a compost bin off freecycle tomorrowwas going to buy one as kept missing them being offered (probably didn't have a good enough sob story given the responses I've seen lately) but pleased I didn't now. DS2 my gardening addict is happy. Need to travel a fair distance but there is some good shops there so going to have a nosey while we're there. DP will be in bed anyway.
One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Phew garden nearly all done only the arch to trim tomorrow and the mowing plus the path, all strimming done and tree sawed. FIL is going to have a fit when he see's the hedges they are well hacked back today but so needed it.
DS1's lip is ozzzing(sp) abit but at least it's not bleeding and he never complains nor does he touch it. DD's tooth came out at school so tooth fairy tonight again, twice in a week and a half.:rotfl:
House looks the pits but i'll tackle that at the weekend, now i'll finish my cuppa and have a bath then bed.
See you all tomorrow.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0
