If he signs the EA stuff for selling, I'm sure that's consent to sell. Legally, I'm pretty sure that in the meantime, you're within your rights to ask him to leave because you have a child, even though the house is 50% his - my Mum was able to do this to my stepfather. I'm sure your solicitor would agree if you showed them some of these adverts - make sure you're printing these off as evidence.

I’m sure that you can’t legally have a valid consent to sell without an actual sale complete with all the boring stuff like a price and buyer etc etc.

You could maybe get him to leave but it would require a court order and I don’t think that some escort adverts would be sufficient grounds, particularly as this has been going on for years.

I think you have done well in your decisions and your resolve. It is easy to say "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you should just leave him" Life is not so easy is it?

I would say though that your estimation of his sexual activities with others is way off. Certainly he will have had MANY partners from these sites. Trust me.

However, thngs happen at the right time so good for you for getting your things in order and now, when your time has come you are ready to move on.

if i were you i wouldnt be worried about the finances i would worry about saving my sanity as that is so important.
if you can get screen shots of everything you found and print them out and or save them onto disc for use later on.
kick him out and get on with your life. you will look after your child and she will be fine, please dont worry about that. I couldnt live with someone doing those types of things whatever the excuses, and believe me I have out up with so much crap over the years (never again!)

stash some cash away, carefully and seek legal advise and good luck.
