Thanks again ScorpioKitten, I got my free pencil sharpener with the till spit today.
I tried the Boots Expert Soap with the 100 points expert Mag voucher as the soap was going through at 87p with 100 points but the soap today scanned at £1.09. Still not bad though.
Treated myself to the mini S&G Hand Food for £2! Only spent £3.09 in there today with 100 points back. Wasn't I a good girl:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -
I couldn't see any Staydry trial packs in Cheshire Oaks today.
Amelia's Mummy/nettieNoo....
I did notice that they've moved their clearance shelf though!!!
It's now right near the tills right were you have to queue! I guess this is to encourage people to look whilst waiting to be served. Only problem is if you want to see what they've got you either have to be in the queue or make nuisance of yourself and get in the way of the queue!:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -
Before the haircare voucher there was a £5 No7 voucher when you spend £20. This worked out brilliantly for some people who had the Parenting Club voucher £5 off when you spend £20 as you could use the 2 and get the pink jewelry box GWP which you got for a £20 spend whilst only paying £10!
The other glitch with this voucher was that you could get the No7 highlights illuminating powder (worth £10.25) and other No7 goods to get the total to £20 to get your pink GWP box. You could then hand over the £5 No7 voucher, the £5 (when you spend £20) Parenting Club voucher and then in the previous magazine there was a voucher to get the highlight powder free with a No7 voucher!
I.E. I got these
No7 Highlight powder £10.25
No7 Hand saviour £10.50
Pink No7 GWP FREE
Gave these vouchers: £5 voucher, £5 (on £20 spend) PC voucher and magazine free highlights powder voucher
PAID 50p for it all. In fact I also had a 200 points on No7 cosmetics from a Xmas set so they gave 200 points for this too.
That's defo been my best Boots transaction so far!xXx Vanda xXx0 -

Happy_shopper wrote: »Sorry if this is a daft question but I looked on .com and I couldn't find an answer...If you use the current £2 voucher to buy something for more than £2, can you pay the remainder of the cost in points, or does it have to be cash?
D'oh, I should've read the T's + C's before posting on here: 'Voucher cannot be used with Advantage Card points as part payment'. My voucher also says that it can't be used to buy the Bourjois pencil sharpner. Did it always say that and people are just ignoring it, or has it been changed due to the mighty power of the MSE Bootsers?0 -
Hanley have always freshelle reduced to 75p but on a seperate stand between the toothpaste aisle and not in sanitary section, same stand also has the oral B humming bird floss thingie reduced to £1.25 and a couple of other bits.No stay dry trial packs to be seen at all.Have spotted the new Ted baker washbag range-Lime green with white flowers(I prefer the currently reduced range)Not many bargains to shout about at all.Managed to get another 2 cosmetic spits but nothing to spend them on so far.Love can tame the wildest0

It has always said that about the sharpener - and yep, people are just ignoring it as you so correctly put it0 -
yorkshirepud wrote: »Just wondering which shops in West Yorkshire have Clinique counters, i know LEEDS and HUDDERSFIELD do but i might fancy an explore tomorow but wanted to pop and get the clinique gwp.
It's very quiet on here, where is Scorpiokitten in boots perhaps?
Hehe, i did go yesterday actually, well deducted Yorkshirepuddy me ol' dear
I treated myself and mummy dearest to some Clinique goodies with AC points as tbh i have absolutely shedloads now (not that i'm complaining):o:D but am biding my time to wait for the Jan sales just like Sam84uk.
I don't know West Yorkshire Boots very well, but if you ever cross the M62 Manchester-wards, i can tell you ALL that have Clinique counters round here...sad huh? Lol.0
