I hope this is in the right place.

Please can you advise? I have 'won' a membership to a holiday club. I think I entered my details into a prize draw on a site via pigsback.

It states that the membership is worth over £3000, and that for £275, I can enjoy a luxurious holiday for upto 4 people, either in the UK or overseas. It has a moneyback guarantee.

Maybe I've already thought and answered my own question, is it too good to be true?

Yup, I would have thought it is too good to be true - is the company clubseasons by any chance? If you have to pay anything towards a prize then it isnt really much of a prize in my opinion:D

Thanks for a swift reply. It's not clubseasons, can I name them?

I just thought if it's through pigsback it should be ok. Then again, I think I made the error of not keeping a record of what I'm signing up to. I can't be sure it was through PB.

Couldn't see how to edit last post. (Yes I did)

Just noticed web address and 'clubseasons' is in the address of the website after the '/'

Are they a notorious company for this, then?

Oh blimey! Stupidly, it didn't occur to me to do a search on here for the company!
Thank you to hjb123 and rrickyuk for not blasting me. I appreciate your replies.

    Oh well...

It's the company that need blasting, not you, and all of the ones like them.

If it makes you feel any better, read the stuff on here, and look at the scam thread in the I won! section as well.

I've had two 'wins' like this in the last few weeks. icon8.gif

Just wondered if anybody else using live mail for this, or hotmail, in case there was a common cause. :)
