Thanks for your comments. I honestly feel fine now though, but i understand what u mean, it would be much better to deal with the problem.
To be honest, my son makes everything worthwhile. Soppy, i know.lol
The good thing is though that i'm no longer on diazepam for my anxiety and panic attacks, but the next time i am at the docs for more tablets I will ask about conselling.
    Thanks.:o
Crank girl was right. Just because its not there now doesnt mean it wont sneak up on you especially if you are masking things with ADs. You dont want to stop taking the pills until there is something in place. I am guessing that because you have a son that actually means you dont have so much time for negative thoughts.
Thoughts are transmitted to the bodys organs via chemicals and putting strange chemicals into the body is IMHO going to have unpredictable effects, often on your immune system.
By having a method to realign bad thoughts and emotions when they occur is I think far better than chemicals.
Like most things there are good counsellors and bad ones.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

I also agree that taking pills all the time is a quite harmful for health. Depression means that your nervous system is depressed. Any antidepressant can't make your nervous system work as it worked before being depressed. You may become steadier using some pills. Sometimes it is even necessary to use them, but only for a short period of time. Though drugs can't give you spiritual equilibrium and clear state of mind. You should obtain that things by own strength. When I'm depressed or annoyed myself I like to sing loud punk songs. A good thing is to make a trip to the nature with some close friends of yours. Also one should do his\her best to overcome stresses.
Here is a link to the article that supports my thoughts http://www.pillwatch.com/info/sew-your-stress-up.html
I am generaly against pillsw for depression. They are often given as an emergency fix to someone who is perhaps showing suicidal tendencies but doctor doesnt usually tell them they will take a couple of weeks to kick in or that some pills side effects make things worse.
Oh the power of belief and faith in ones doctor:rotfl: Peoples belief in the pill is far greater than its effect.
