its says my bets are all succesfully matched, the account says -£25.00 but when i click on current bets it says there are no current bets - what have i done wrong?

You need to change the drop-down menue to display matched bets - it goes to unmatched by default

    :)

My quidco is showing as a June payout - which in reality means it'll hit my bank acount around 5th July - just in time for the summer holidays :D

I had this. I think the page defaults to 'unmatched' bets. Try changing to 'matched' in the drop down at top of page. HTH

Opened account via Quidco yesterday evening and placed bets. Had to verify age with £2 on cc. £50 tracked on Quido and £25 back in my account this morning :j

If I get the cashback it will be great, if not I haven't really lost anything (used the £2 to bet on the favourite!). I've had fun reading all the posts and trying to work out what I should be doing - thankfully I think it shows I'd never make a gambler :rotfl:

Thanks to everyone for their helpful posts

And £30 is something to turn your nose up at?

The £30 was the original amount Betfair put up. I feel very lucky to have received £50 + £25, whatever the amount you are getting from Betfair it's a bonus isn't it!?

Although I agree that anything you get from Quidco is a bonus, I do think that those who read about the £50 offer "until midnight April 6th" and intended to sign-up today have a right to feel disappointed with Betfair and/or Quidco for reducing the amount.

The £50 amount was HEAVILY promoted on Quidco, so how can they now act surprised and claim that "demand was waaayyy higher than expected"....??

If you have a limited bugdet for promotions like this, then don't give false hope by quoting a deadline date. The date of 6th April meant that many potential customers could relax & think it all through before signing up. By suddenly removing the offer, many people missed out and now (quite rightly) feel a little let down. It's simply bad customer service to promote something you know you might not be able to deliver.

Any competent company would have removed the chance of alienating their potential clients by simply not providing a date & stating something like "limited time offer - will be back down to £30 soon - sign up now to avoid missing out!" That to me, was a real "no-brainer" (in the words of Quidco)

And if anyone's wondering, I signed-up yesterday and £50 has tracked - so this isn't the rant of someone bitter at missing out!

I think I have messed it up. Went via quidco and left the code in place, and it wasn't the same one as was on Martin's page.

I feel sick now, I wish I had never bothered, what a waste of my money.
I normally only bet £2 and would never have done it otherwise.

I think it should be made clear that if you go through quidco then the code won't be the same and you will lose your £25.

Very upset! I can't cancel the bets now either. I am just going to have to write the money off. Absolutely gutted.

They dont do eachway bets as such, you have to do seperate WIN and PLACE bets.

If you look at the left hand columm that has the race times you fill find there are two listings for each race. One is for Wins ( which is likely where you are) the next one down the list is for Place bets.

Aintree Race time 16.15 TO BE PLACED............... Click on that and Bobs your uncle.

I doubt the cashback will pay out

Read the terms and conditions:- "Only one Betfair cashback allowed per Quidco member account"

Serves you right for being greedy

Should have gone through topcashback for the other account.
One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.
