its fine as long as your are on the to be placed market - you can either bet "to win" (blue boxes) or for the horse "to lose" (pink boxes).

great :D thanks for all your help!

I'm disgusted with Betfair pulling the £50 offer from the cashback sites.

I was up till well after midnight digesting this thread to make sure I would do it right. Imagine the language when I realised I'd just missed out. Never look a gift horse eh?

By the way, CashbackKings tonight also had to break the promise of £50 this weekend thanks to BF:

Don't Betfair know how damaging breaking their word is? As if they need to set a (secret) budget limit! More punters = more profit.

    They've lost mine.

(Though I might be tempted the next time they do it.:D Which is often.)

And £30 is something to turn your nose up at?

The £30 was the original amount Betfair put up. I feel very lucky to have received £50 + £25, whatever the amount you are getting from Betfair it's a bonus isn't it!?

I signed up via Quidco and have £50 showing as tracked and £25 was credited to my betfair account this morning. I now have four chances at winning something in the race. Thanks for all the advice and help given to the novices using this thread.

One question - how long will it take for the tracked money in Quidco to turn into real cash? I somehow feel sceptical about this.

    Thanks again.

I have sussed why it won't accept my bets. I have received an email saying they want confirmation of my age before I can do anything which I find outrageous!! Why did they not ask for this before they took my money wish I had never started this whole nonsense, where do they do their checks?

£30 quidco tracked within half an hour, but have I missed out? How are people getting £50?

A reverse forecast bet is where you back two horses to be first and second in any order.
  • Huh, loaded up ym account but it won't take my bet, keeps saying error on page.

No email to check my ID etc though..

Dialled the 0844 number and it gives number unobtainable....
