give it chance to update the systems - if you are using a method of payment that is only available to over 18s then you should be ok and the system will stop requesting it once it catches up. Otherwise follow their instructions for sending the information they require.

You should have no problems getting the money back at Betfair as long as you comply with the T&Cs of the offer.

  • Hi Deano
I clicked placed my bets then nothing happened and my £25 is still in my account, this website is the most unuser friendly I have ever used.

just check that when you click on "my account", "current bets" if it appears in any of the four drop down menus (unmatched, matched, cancelled, voided)?

If its not there then I am not sure what has happened - you would be best to call customer services.

are you sure that your bets are placed and the £25 isnt the refund?

  • I've had my £30 tracked with Quidco but had trouble on the Betfair site. Although when I was first on it it said free £25 bet, by the time I'd completed the registration this was no longer there. I've placed 5 x £5 bets but not sure whether I'll get the £25 back, although still up with Quidco. Was there a cut off time by which you had to register for the free bet?
