Good morning everyone! Off to w*** today. I'm now on reduced hours, so I'm planning to cycle in and up my exercise :j Mowed the lawn, yesterday, and continued raking in preparation for laying grass seed. I then visited a friend who's mother died while I was on holiday.

Not much time to cook once I'm back, so it'll be the old favourite poisson d'avril for tea. I'll post the recipe if anyone asks ;)

Have a great day, Penny. x

Hopefully back on later for a proper catch-up. Meantime some of the washing got left on the line yesterday & is now soaking wet again.... But as the rain has stopped again hopefully it will dry again, lol!

    Morning all

Its looking a bit dark and windy here in Kent, hope we don't get any rain, got a couple of loads of washing to put out after I finish my breakfast.

Joined Freecycle a while ago after hearing about it on these boards and only now needed to ask for something on there. My son and daughter in law have just got an adorable labrador puppy and decided that they should get him a cage to put him in until he gets used to his new home when they go out for an hour or two. Well within a day of asking, someone came up trumps and I went and collected one last night. Good old Freecycle!!! :T

    Have a lovely day everyone

    Good morning everyone :hello:

I'm up really early. Yes, truly I am. :D I'm having my hair cut at 8.45am and I was planning on walking down to the hairdresser, however it is now raining... so I'm still trying to decide whether I should be good or not.

Whilst I'm in town I'll pick up some minced beef for spaghetti bolognese for tonight's meal. Obviously, in true OS ways I will be freezing the extra portions. Unfortunately, a trip to Mr T is also needed so I'll combine that with spending my birthday Lakeland vouchers and John Lewis vouchers in the "big smoke" (Peterborough) :D.

I've also got to find some suitable baskets for "baby baskets". I've got two friends due with their first babies in the next 4 weeks and another had her first in January. I bought a few things on various 3 for 2 deals, so they need to be put together and sorted out as appropriate. I'm thinking that maybe a trip to Wilkos will get me what I need. ;)

My lunch is currently defrosting in the kitchen - HM soup. Can't remember what sort it is, but I do know that it was from a Good Food magazine healthy eating supplement. :D

    Have a good day all.

    Hi all,
Just popped back to say "have a good day" in your new job jet77

Catowen, is it click or glue laminate?
i had a play around with ours and managed to fit it myself, we decided to put the beading that can be bought to match around the edges and that covered the not-quite-evenly cut edges that i did and to look at it you would never believe that i`d put it down. It`s like a big jigsaw.:D Have a play around with it cos you might be able to do it yourself.
