Hi have just read all your posts and it seems from your very first post in march 08 up to your last in august 09 you have racked up more debt to the tune of £10000 and you have NOT done anything about it!!! You came on here for advice but you have buried head in the sand and kept it there. You must realise that things dont get better thremselves with or without this forum and I know sometimes it feels just a little better to share your problems, but you have a family to look after and each day you dont start to sort it out is going to get worse. There are ways to help sort it as quite a few people on here have said, but you seem to want a magic wand waved to sort it for you. I know what been heavily in debt means, Im still there, have been for 10 years and will be for the next 20 years (if I live that long) but after having my behind kicked I sorted it myself. Please read this and wake up!!!
Wide awake this time, i want to sort it there would be no more lending available to me now anyway.
The pressure is unstopable and i just dont know what to do about it,when the last few quid is gone the lights will go out.
What can i do.??
Expenditure is over income just on standard bills/debts even if Ccards where only a pound a month i would still struggle to pay them.'Beware of little expenses. A small leak will sink a great ship'. -Benjamin Franklin.0 -
I really feel for you, please ring one of the debt charities and talk it through with them.
You have a new baby on the way and I'm sure you and your wife are stressed out with all this over your head so maybe talking to someone who might be able to offer some solution will help you both.

Brilliant. Sending your SOA to CCCS is a really positive step and shows that you mean business! Best of luck with it all, and if you do decide to post your full SOA here, the excellent peeps on these forums will help you even more. x

I hope you get this sorted i2d.....make sure you get to know as much knowledge as you can ...that will give you confidence & also you will be better equipped to negotiate with your creditors....plus you will not be intimidated by them either.
Good Luck,
