I am a frequent HPC'er and they have had 1000+ people viewing that forum at once... with 100+ people viewing the most popular posts.
I think its finally dawning and hitting home and about blooming time!!

Here's my effort - I was so impressed by some of the entries above, that I'm thinking of campaigning for verse to be required for all posts on the Housing Forum....
Might put some off those property 'investors' who can't even spell...;)
So here goes:
When some started to talk of a "Crash",
Certain landlords cried "Bring out the lash!
If the rumour gets out,
I might end up with nowt,
And instead have to work for my cash!"
