Has anyone else noticed a massive spike in people looking at this Section - House Buying, Renting, selling & prices ?

around the 600+ mark at the moment, normally under a hundred

    Who jinxed it!? There's about 300 now!

    It is normally over the 100 mark, even quite late at night but admittedly it's not normally one of the most popular boards.

    I suspect it is the uncertainty about house prices finally filtering through to a wider audience.

    There are going to be a lot of people in financial difficulty as the year goes on - I'd guess 600 viewing is the tip of the iceberg.
