Sukie - in the Ts & Cs it normally says you need to play through a certain amount of your own money before it credits your account then it's pretty quick after that. I'd played mine through the first night but went for the cashback so I wasn't out of pocket with vouchers and nowhere to spend them :)

Thankyou Nyk, I didn't read the T&C's (should have done, I know) I do have to spend the £5 deposited before I get the free £10.00, it also says though that you cant withdraw it, unless it's winnings...hmm not sure how thats going to be good, I have'nt won a thing!!!

Hello all you mad fellow frugallers:D
Still happily frugalling away in my little gnat bottomed world. I now think of a walk to the supermarket to specifically look for whoopsies so I can reduce my grocery bill as a fun trip out:eek: I knew it was a mistake to actually read the grocery challenge thread this month [every other month I've just skimmed it occasionally]. Even more overthrilled because all the seedlings are thriving...you have to understand I ain't no Rachel de Thame...it's do or die if you're a plant unlucky to come under my gardening jurisdiction:D Could Aril's frugalling life reach any dizzier heights you may be wondering...well actually it could because the venus fly trap cash carrying receptacle opened just long enough to enable me to snatch a pound coin which I've spent on 1000 Uses of Vinegar that I found in the local hospice shop.Woo hoo:j
You'll be the first to know if I ever get a life:rotfl::rotfl:
Knowing you frugal folks may perhaps just have a passing interest in free food;) the nettles round my way are certainly just about the right height for soup. I also get wild garlic leaves [ramsons] to add. Only make it once a year but it's gorgeous. Can also make paper, ink, very strong twine from nettles and beer although can't vouch for any of these as haven't tried them [apart from the twine]

Aril, tell me about the twine, I'm curious, as I had a nettle twine friendship bracelet at one time. (I think that's what it was, anyway). These could be handy little gifts :)

The beer is wonderful! My Grandma used to make it, it wasn't alcoholic [well, not so alcoholic that you wouldn't give it to your grandchildren! IFKWIM ] Ginger beer's pretty wonderful too, if a little explosive given a week of hot weather.

OK, I give in, I'm going to have a go at the Bingo. Maybe I'll see you in there if I ever work out how to do it. Does it work if you have v e r y s l o o o w internet? Hope so.

A new pet, whoopee! I want a JumbleBee, and a Mr DT if there's one going spare? I'll settle for lessons in how to bag a jumblesale bargain and learning to wakeboard!

Congratulations to the Whitewing household on the new jobs, hope all the stresses are out of the way now.

Welcome to newbies, sorry the name has just escaped me but I will find out in a min. EDIT Sukielou, welcome to this lovely thread and well done on the bingo winnings, great start!

I can't believe Ive logged on especially to have a quick go at the bingo and I cant get it to work  Will read on in a min to see if anyones won yet...
    Welcome to the new rats!
