I got the meal deal from lastminute which I don't think is any cheaper than getting the tickets and the meal direct, but not dearer. The meal was at the gourmet burger kitchen and my son has not stopped talking about the wonderfulness of the burger which was impressively huge. Tried to post a pic but can't manage it. EDIT- DID IT! NB click on it to see the full glory of the burger. He wants you to know it had a blue cheese dressing, came with a big bowl of real chips and is the best burger he has ever ever had or will ever have probably. Unless he visits the USA.Treat for my 11 year old - any ideas for an affordable show to go with it?
.
It was £20 each for a ticket to 39 steps and meal. I liked having it all sorted out rather than wandering round thinking which was the best place to go for a meal...
And 39 steps is very funny and silly, but still intriguing- perfect for 11 year olds I think, though I loved it too. But there are lots of options and it depends what he likes as 39 steps is not a musical and there is no dancing or spectacular costumes in it.

I logged on at 12.00 exactly as per their instructions, I did not even get the chance to book when a message came up to say all the rooms were sold. I have complained and waiting for a reply as there must be a short cut that I don't know about!0

There was an html link that made it easier- better luck next time- look down the thread and see the tips from people. Its inevitable most people will be disappointed but you will get nowhere with a complaint- it was a limited offer which they did not have to do.I logged on at 12.00 exactly as per their instructions, I did not even get the chance to book when a message came up to say all the rooms were sold. The only short cut is the HTML link that has been posted on here before...however I got offered a room after about 10mins of refreshing through the flash site but its difficult.0 -
I always post the link when this offer comes up plus another tip about using Roboform.
The secret with the Hoxton sale is a bit of forward planning.
So for those of you that missed out this time. keep the HTML Link safe somewhere and look at Roboform
Bettr luck next time
BTW
I missed out Again

It's no problem.
I did get one in Dec 2007 and enjoyed the stay.
I've been to London umpteen times so have covered the majority of the sights and my credit card can't take the bashing Mrs blindman gives it when we go
I also have other ways of MSE leisure breaks.
BTW
I ddi not discover the HTML link originally, just did a bit of research and found it from a previous post.0
