    Starlite

Have just been reading this whole thread and wanted to say well done on being so strong and toughing it out with the bailiff today. I have recently been through a difficult pregnancy myself and know how hard it is to keep going. You go girl!

Well done you should be soooo proud of yourself.

    indeed!
So wish I could get through to the CAB- I'm sure they couldn't give me any better advice than you guys have with the bailiffs situation, but I was hoping they might help me persuade social security to help me out with a crisis loan. They won't even give me an interim benefit payment even though they've been dealing with it for ages!

  • Way to go Starlite you did have me worried there for a moment as you went offline around the time he was due. Given that you held you own and quoted briefly your rights I think its safe to assume that he got the message and he cannot and will not be back to intimidate you further ............ Just incase I am wrong do not let your guard down until you have a written or emailed confirmation that the arrears have gone into an agreed pay plan but i am almost sure he knows he is now on a very thin piece of ice regarding your circumstances and that hopefully will be enough for him to go target some other poor individuals so that he gets a profit from there misery oh I do feel for his next poor victims ..............
Good luck Starlite and keep us posted on how things are going for you :T :T  :T :T

bailifs head office have refused to discuss this with me and told me to deal with the bailiff and the council are telling me the same thing
I feel like I haven't gotten anywhere as he may just come back
