Have just been reading this whole thread and wanted to say well done on being so strong and toughing it out with the bailiff today. I have recently been through a difficult pregnancy myself and know how hard it is to keep going. You go girl!

indeed!
So wish I could get through to the CAB- I'm sure they couldn't give me any better advice than you guys have with the bailiffs situation, but I was hoping they might help me persuade social security to help me out with a crisis loan. They won't even give me an interim benefit payment even though they've been dealing with it for ages!

Way to go Starlite you did have me worried there for a moment as you went offline around the time he was due. Given that you held you own and quoted briefly your rights I think its safe to assume that he got the message and he cannot and will not be back to intimidate you further ............ Just incase I am wrong do not let your guard down until you have a written or emailed confirmation that the arrears have gone into an agreed pay plan but i am almost sure he knows he is now on a very thin piece of ice regarding your circumstances and that hopefully will be enough for him to go target some other poor individuals so that he gets a profit from there misery oh I do feel for his next poor victims ..............
Good luck Starlite and keep us posted on how things are going for you :T :T  :T :T£2.00 savings club =£2.000 -
bailifs head office have refused to discuss this with me and told me to deal with the bailiff and the council are telling me the same thing
I feel like I haven't gotten anywhere as he may just come backMembre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0
