I can't even see half the walls in my bedroom for DD's stuff soooo I'm going to spend tomorrow ebayinginstead! I need to get this stuff out so it's a case of list, relist anything that doesn't sell then FREECYCLE the rest.
THEN on Friday (while I wait for my Asda delivery) I'll sort out the rest of DD's things into her room (mainly assembling her dolls house and sorting out next size up clothing for her) and tidy up mine. It would be nice to see the walls again without things being slung in heaps all over
Speaking of DD's room.
It went from this when we first moved in here in 2004 :
To this last week :
And now looks like this, but it isn't quite finished yet
There's still some bits and bobs to buy (like a new clock which I'll buy her tomorrow and she's asked for a big canvas to put on the wall that she can paint first and then stick family pictures on), and I'm reconsidering the curtains on the bottom of the bed idea as it will make the room feel really small. (Oh and I love having a decent camera phone :rotfl: )
Best get sorting ebay stuff out now then hadn't I..... :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Johanne is officially due the 14th BUT by her dates and not the hospitals she's due this week :eek: I've sent her a cork, some very strong thread and superglue to keep that baby in :rotfl::rotfl: She's not having it, cause the stork is bringing it and her big belly is just so the stork has somewhere to land.(Hey if she's going to insist thats how MY DD arrived then I'll do it to her as well
:rotfl: )
My batteries have died in my digital camera and I gave ex my other full set, so I've put them on charge. Will attempt some with my phone tonight, but if they don't come out so well I can re-take them tomorrow with my proper camera. But for now I'm sorting through titles, weight etc for listings, only 3 boxes to go :eek:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

:hello: Evening all!
Sorry no flying today and I confess we had pizza and wedges from the freezer for tea.
Had a stressful day at work, people firing work and at me and no one wanting to provide any info I needed to do the work.
Visited local BHS, 20% off today, bought DS1 trousers & DS2 shirt and trousers for wedding next month. Wanted something for myself but couldn't find anthing. I am hopeless at shopping, don't really know what suits my shape etc. Usually end up looking frumpy. Keep saying I will make an appointent with a personal shopper, but would feel obliged to buy even I didn't like anything.
Now, I know we don't love housework and all the washing and ironing - but is it worth £4.99 per item......who watched tonights Apprentice?0
