arwenelf - mmm, not sure if guinea pig poop is very nutritous for a 15 month old!!! gpigs are full of character though aren't they.
jill - a few of my clients had cracked heals. once the skin dries it won't rehydrate so lots of pumicing and then at night put cream on with plastic bags over your feet and wrap the lot in a towel. don't forget you've done it though if you get up of you might slip. might be best if you did it in the evening for an hour. if there's no improvement then a podiatrist.
i'm off to get dressed and start flying. everyone arrives home at about 4 so also need some 'me' time before they get back.
soappie - agent squirrel will try and take another snapshot today and see what happens.

Put another load in WM
Clear what kitchen surfaces are left!
Tidy livingroom
Take some clothes upstairs
Do some school work, which may take some time - see hereWe don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0 -

I have lost 4lb since 2 days ago
but may put it back on as I scoffed a pack of jammie dodgers and a big bag of malteasers yesterday. Then again, I ate those and a bowl of chicken noodle soup and that was it all day. Doubt it will stay off it's probably water retention or something. Which reminds me, I need more magnesiumn tablets.
I'm going to work on my own list today, I feel better than yesterday but still pretty choked up. But it's now a productive cough so shouldn't be long in shifting. DS2 has nursery today too! Yipee!!!!

- Clear and wipe the table Done
- Load the dishwasher (DW) if you have one Done
- Can you fill the washing machine (WM) with things that are all the same colour and switch it on?? This is a very important thing to learn.. many big clever daddies struggle with this job.. even our daddy.. so if you can do this.. you are cleverer than him!
- If you are a bigger little person could you wipe over the fronts of the kitchen cupboards and fridge/freezer/washing machine.. sometimes you need to check the insides too as they get a bit sticky..
I'm not going to be joining in with today's list - the room in question is full of lots of heavy things I can't move on my own. Instead, I'll just potter about and make a start on general clutter.
Think the flea treatment for the cat should be included in my grocery challenge??0 -
