OK, posting first and will go back and read after :)

    Morning all

One load of washing out on the line, it's dry today but not that warm or breezy so I don't know if it will do anything. At least it's out of the way for a few hours.

Gave the kitchen a good clean : wiped all cupboard fronts, tiles, worktops, table, window sills. Wiped kettle, microwave, bread bin, gave the toaster a good shake and wiped it. Vacuumed the floor.

Damp wiped living room, then vacuumed floor and through hallway (damp wiped computer desk too).

Took the dog for a little potter, she walks so sedately it's just not like her at all. She's sleeping now.

OK, off to read what's been going on :)
  • Kids are a bad influence!!! I have gotten nothing done so far. Been sitting watching last nights wrestlemania from box office with my eldest. She is going over her boyfriends now so hopefully I will get something done

  • Nope, no baby polar bears, they only have one female called Mercedes;)
If you are going to go to the zoo, wait til at least the 7th April if you can, thats when the big new chimp enclosure opens.

Mercedes must be about 40 now! I wonder how long polar bears live for  I'll wait until 7 April and take some little ones with me. Thanks for that :D
  • First post and first week of flying. Started my maternity leave today so have no excuse for not getting on with the cleaning. Think I will give the top of the cupboards a miss, my OH would have a fit if he thought I'd been standing on a chair.

Any tips for cleaning out the fridge - I'm armed with soda crystals, stardrops, vinegar, bicarb.

Just googled life expectancy for polar bears, apparently they can live up to 40 years in captivity;)

Whoever mentioned Chester Zoo it's FAB! We love Chester Zoo, have detoured there twice on the way home from Blackpool. We usually use Tesco days out deals for there.

    Hugs for everyone xx

Good luck with the VIP visit lil_me ;) Thans for the Tesco tip and info :D
